Summary:
|
Silver Valley USD is working on construction plans for a new Multi-Purpose Room (Gym) to be built at Yermo School. In order to begin the architectural process, a Client/Architect Agreement needs to be executed with Frick, Frick & Jette Architects, Inc. (FFJ). Once activated, FFJ will provide the project budget and other services needed to Design, Develop, Construct and Finalize this project.
FFJ fees are 9.5% of computed costs. Computed costs are construction costs, management costs, lease-back entity construction-related costs, general conditions, and approved change order costs.
FFJ has worked with Silver Valley USD on past projects.
