Summary: For more than 25 years, Cooperative Strategies has helped plan and finance school facilities for more than 2,000 Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) across the nation. It is their philosophy to provide relationship-based consulting services primarily to LEAs; and believe it is important to thoroughly understand their clients' specific needs, which cannot be done as efficiently as consultants that serve competing public-sector entities. Furthermore, they believe in building long-lasting partnerships to aid their clients in achieving their long-term goals and objectives.

Given their expertise in analyzing and evaluating demographic data, Cooperative Strategies is uniquely qualified to assist School Districts with demographic services in relation to compliance with the California Voting Rights Act (CVRA). They have provided similar services to more than 50 LEAs across the State of California which makes them intimately familiar with the necessary requirements under the CVRA and the Federal Voting Rights Act (FVRA).
