Summary:
|
Regulation updated to reflect NEW LAW (AB 86) which, in effect, peals specified state regulations pertaining to behavioral interventions for special education students, deletes the requirement for a “behavioral intervention plan” when a student with a disability exhibits a “serous behavioral problem” that significantly interferes with the implementation of the goals and objectives of his/her individualized education program, and instead requires the district to address any student behavior that impedes the student’s own learning or the learning of other students.
