Summary:
|
In order to provide safe and reliable work environments for our employees, we needed to expand workspaces at the District Office Complex. The portable office space, located behind the ESC building, is in need of renovation to accommodate additional workspace.
The modular building will receive a complete renovation which will include new exterior work, roof sealant, doors, seismic bracing and leveling, interior paint, new carpet, new ceiling, and all new trim and hardware.
Once complete the portable building will be able to accommodate four additional workspaces. |
