Summary:
|
The policy was updated to reflect that when 15 percent or more of a school's students speak a single primary language other than English, the school accountability report card (SARC) is required to be translated into that other language. Additionally, the policy was updated to reflect that the SARC is required to be provided in an understandable and uniform format and, to the extent practicable, provided in a language that parents/guardians can understand.
The new regulation provides the required contents of the school accountability report card. |
