Summary:
|
During the Yermo School Gymnasium construction, an unknown underground conduit was discovered. This conduit contained communication cabling for the middle school portables. It was determined by the contractor that the conduit conflicted with the gym’s footing locations, requiring rerouting.
During the removal of the conduit, an unseen electrical and fire alarm pathway was damaged, causing a power outage to the school office. BGB responded immediately, provided a backup generator, and completed the necessary electrical and communication repairs. All power and communication services have been fully restored.
