Summary:
|
Government Code Section 53080 allows for the collection of Developer fees (School Fees) on new assessable structures. An exemption may be granted if the assessment is for non-profit needs for school facilities.
Ironwood Fundamental Christian Endeavors, Inc., operating a Christian School (Ironwood) and camp, has provided the application for exemption and a letter requesting developer fees levied be waived for staff housing as a non-profit organization.
