Summary
:
Silver Valley USD provides all maintenance support for its school sites. Newberry Springs Elementary School is in need of maintenance on one of the outside walls of the staff lounge and the sidewalk area next to it. The area has experienced tree root intrusion that has caused an uplift in the concrete sidewalk which added stress to the outside block wall causing the wall to crack.
Two sections of concrete will be removed to expose the roots and enable the removal of roots. Concrete sections will be replaced and the block wall will be repaired where it has cracked.
Bradley General Building will perform all work.
