Summary: The Lewis Elementary School is requesting the front desk to be replaced. The replacement desk would conform to the current workflow and office procedures that are in place today while providing a welcoming reception for students, parents and community. The current desk is outdated and in a state of disrepair. With the replacement of the front office floor, this would be an opportune time to replace the existing desk.

Warren Construction will provide all materials and installation of the new desk.
Funding: Unrestricted: $9,630.00
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Governing Board of Trustees approve the front office desk work at Lewis Elementary School with Warren Construction.
