Summary:
|
The policy was updated to reflect the board's authority to provide the use of school facilities free of charge to recreational youth sports leagues that charge participants no more than an average of $60 per month. The policy also adds a new section on the use of school facilities as a polling place, formerly in BP 1400 - Relations Between Other Governmental Agencies and the Schools. The regulation was updated by deleting the section regarding the use of facility fees that are now addressed in the board policy, and further defines the meaning of "veterans' organization".
