Summary: Over the past decades, some of our school sites have accumulated various debris fields as part of normal operations. The following school sites are in need of cleanup for such areas: Newberry Springs Elementary School, Yermo School, and the Alternative Education Center (AEC is in conjunction with the Williams Act audit findings).

Newberry will have vegetation and tree trimmings removed, as well as various discarded playground equipment and concrete debris.

Yermo Schools will have vegetation and tree trimmings removed, as well as asphalt and concrete debris.

Alternative Education Center will have vegetation and tree trimmings removed, as well as concrete debris.

After removal, all areas will be graded and leveled.

Work is to be performed by Bradley General Building.
Funding: Operation Funds: Newberry School, $13,00.00; Yermo School, $12,000.00; Alternative Ed Center, $10,000.00
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Governing Board of Trustees approve debris cleanup at the various school sites with Bradley General Building.
