Summary:
|
As part of meeting the DSA (Department of State Architecture) and ADA (American Disabilities Act) for the Yermo Shade Structure project, the parking area in front of the Yermo School Office must be improved to meet these requirements. This portion of work is required, as per DSA plan specifications.
The project will include the 8 parking spaces located directly in front of the office. The existing asphalt surface will be repaired and slurry sealed, parking stripes painted, new signage and new curbing and parking stops will be installed.
Cornerstone Construction Company will perform the work.
