Summary:
|
The flooring in the office restroom and several classroom area student restrooms at Colin Powell Preschool need replacement. The existing floors are discolored and stained due to years of use. There are also areas of the floors that are lifting, creating a tripping hazard.
New sheet flooring, cove base, edging, removal and replacement of two toilets per restroom, and disposal are included.
Lyon's flooring has done previous work with the school district and is also a local small business in the high desert area.
