Summary: In an effort to improve the quality of outdoor areas utilized by students, a shade structure has been proposed to be installed on the new outdoor patio area. This shade structure will be 36' wide and 46' long. It will provide shade and protection from the sun that will be used by students for various activities. The shade structure is built and installed to all applicable regulatory requirements.
Funding: COVID Relief Funds: $77,128.42
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the contract with USA Shade & Fabric Structures for Purchase & Installation of Shade Structure for Yermo School.
