Summary:
|
As part of SVUSD's maintenance plans, Fort Irwin Middle School is due for some exterior paint work. The areas to be painted are the existing trim areas.
Paint N Decor will provide the following services:
* Paint all exterior surfaces which are now painted brown and includes fascia, window trim, metal louvers, metal canopy, metal rails, lunch cover, metal poles, and all-metal structures, interior and exterior of doors, jambs, and stenciling to be included
* Paint 3 stucco walls and walls in the library at designated areas and metal fencing
Note: Portables which are not in use will not be included. Includes payment and performance bonds.
