Summary:
|
The main entrance concrete sidewalk to Colin Powell Pre-School is in need of repair. Due to the growth of tree roots, the sidewalk has lifted in multiple areas and is a safety hazard.
A large section of concrete will need to be replaced and existing fencing will also need to be repaired. One tree will need to be removed, and the area irrigation modified and re-routed as needed. Landscape work will also be done for aesthetics.
