Summary: There is a patch of asphalt located behind rooms 1 thru 3 at Yermo school that is in need of replacement and poses a safety issue. In order to create safer places for students to use, and to maintain our facilities, we are proposing to remove all asphalt and replace it with a long-term concrete solution. There is fence work to be done around the three existing HVAC units and asphalt will be disposed of by the contractor.
Funding: Covid Relief Funds: $24,950.00
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Governing Board of Trustees approve the removal of existing asphalt and replace with concrete work at Yermo school with Bradley General Building.
