Public School Board Meetings Location & Schedule: Public School Board meetings are held once a month on Tuesdays, generally in the Board Room of the District Office Administration building at 35320 Daggett-Yermo Road, Yermo, CA, unless otherwise noted. Open sessions begin at 6:00 p.m., and the public is welcome to attend. Please refer to our Board Calendar for specific dates. Addressing the Board: If you wish to address the Board, please complete a "Speaker Request Form" and submit it to the recording secretary before the meeting starts. Speakers are allowed three minutes per agenda or non-agenda item, with a total public input time of 20 minutes. The Board President may adjust this time based on the topic and number of speakers. Conduct & Order: Board meetings are conducted for Board of Trustee business. While public comments are welcome, there will be no debate between the public, staff, or Board members. The Board President is responsible for maintaining order and may remove disruptive individuals if necessary. Accessibility: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance, disability-related modifications, or accommodations to participate in the public meetings, please contact the District Superintendent's office at (760) 254-2916. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the meeting to ensure reasonable arrangements for accessibility.
