Summary:
Pending the Board of Trustees approval of the tentative agreements with the Silver Valley Education Association, per Article 9.7.1.1 of the Classified Bargaining Agreement, the Classified Salary Ranges and Schedules will reflect an additional 1% on schedule and an additional 1% off schedule, retroactive to July 1, 2020 for the 2020-2021 school year. A 2% on scheduled increase will begin July 1, 2021 for the 2021-2022 school year.

Recommendation
Administration recommends that the Board of Trustees approve the revised Classified Salary Ranges and Schedules with an additional 1% on schedule and an additional 1% off schedule, retroactive to July 1, 2020 for the 2020-2021 school year and a 2% on schedule increase beginning July 1, 2021 for the 2021-2022 school year.
