Summary:

|
During the Adult Ed fence line replacement project, extensive damage was discovered in the adjacent concrete along the 200-foot fence line.
The existing fence was embedded in oleander bushes, and once removed, significant damage and safety hazards were revealed. The roots had lifted and cracked the concrete in multiple areas, creating uneven surfaces and tripping hazards.
To address this, 2,000 square feet of damaged concrete will be removed and replaced with new concrete featuring a thickened base along the new privacy fence.
This improvement will ensure a safe and finished fence line for the Adult Ed campus, which hosts graduations, community events, and various other activities. |
