Summary:

|
The High School Cafeteria floor requires replacement after nearly 40 years of use. The surface shows significant wear, with areas that are discolored, chipped, and damaged.
The floor will be upgraded to an ultra-durable vinyl tile that requires no waxing, offering easier and more cost-effective maintenance than traditional waxed floors. A new 4-inch base coving will also be installed. The contractor will handle the removal, disposal, and installation of the new flooring. |
